Since joining Capital in 2011, I’ve learned so many things that is crucial in my professional growth. I believe, Capital is a great training ground for talent and skills development. I’m currently working as a Distribution Center (DC) Manager, and was given a big task of managing our stocks and making sure it reaches our store in time for our valued shoppers. But despite the challenges, everything is working well because of the support of the management and good working relationship between employees.

I’m a loyal employee of Capital for over 12 years now and currently holding an Operations Manager position. I have a challenging task of managing the day to day operations of Capital Supermarket in North Dagon. It is not easy but I enjoy and love my work because of the good working environment and synergy among employees. This is the reason why I stayed this long in the company.
Because of our passion in serving our customer’s needs, I believe that Capital will continue to grow and will be the biggest retailer in Myanmar in the future.

I’ve been working at Capital for over 13 years now. I started as an Assistant Supervisor at Capital Hypermarket (YGN) and because of hard work I was promoted as Operations Manager overseeing the store operations of Capital Supermarket North Dagon in 2020.
As an Operations Manager, I’m also given an opportunity to train and help my juniors to grow and improve their careers.I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Management Team of for their support, exceptional commitment and dedication in serving our customers.
